Boxes always require some basic information, like the lot number, the date or a simple message. This can be easily done with an ink-jet coder.
This is different than not having boxes printed from the box manufacturer with a logo or anything else. The messages that we are meaning can not be forecasted before, but must be printed at the packing time.
Our ink-jet coders utilize water basis ink only in order to facilitate transportation, stocking and usage and they are perfect for corrugated box printing.
It’s also important remember that is necessary to have a detergent that allows to “clean” the head before stopping to use the engine for medium term and prevent the ink to dry into the nozzles (maintenance is essential for every ink-jet coder).
